Marketing · Social posts
Look like you are still in business when they check.
Before anyone calls, they look you up. A Facebook page whose last post is two years old tells them something, and it is not good. We plan a month of posts at a time, build them from your real jobs, write them in your voice and publish them on schedule — organic posts on your own pages, separate from any ads.
We will look at your pages on the call and tell you what we would post first.
- How it is sold
- One channel
- organic, separate from paid ads
- Time to judge it
- 90 days
- enough posts to see what lands
- Counted as
- Profile actions
- messages, calls and site visits from your pages
- In your name
- Your pages and every post
- admin access stays with you
What it is for
Organic social is proof of life. Plan it like that.
The honest version first. Organic posts on a business page reach a fraction of your followers, and they will rarely fill a calendar on their own. Anyone telling you otherwise is counting likes. That is not a reason to skip it. It is a reason to be clear about the job.
The job is trust. Every ad you run, every referral and every yard sign sends people to check you out, and your pages are among the first things they find. A steady record of real jobs, real crews and real customers says the company is busy, careful and still here. An empty page says the opposite, to someone who has not called yet.
So the posts are built from what you actually do — finished work, before and after, the crew on site, reviews worth sharing, the offer you are running — written in your voice and published on a schedule you approve in advance. Not stock photos. Not "Happy Monday".
What we do
What the channel covers
Unpaid posting to your own pages. Paid social is a separate channel.
Planning
- A content calendar agreed a month ahead
- Posts built around your services, your season and your offers
- A simple way to send us photos and video from jobs
The posts
- Written in your voice, not an agency’s
- Built from real work: finished jobs, before and after, the crew on site
- Reviews and customer stories shared with permission
- Made for each platform, not one post pasted into both
Publishing and reporting
- Published on schedule to your pages
- Reach and profile actions reported monthly
- What lands gets more like it; what does not gets dropped
How it runs
A month at a time, approved before it goes out.
- 01
Look at the pages
What is there now, what a buyer sees when they check you out, and which platforms are worth posting to at all.
- 02
Plan the month
A calendar of posts built around your services and the season. You approve it before anything is published.
- 03
Publish
Posts go out on schedule, built from the photos and video you send from jobs.
- 04
Report and adjust
Monthly: what reached people, what produced messages, calls and visits, and what the next month does differently.
Fit
Who it is for
Worth it when
- Your pages have gone quiet, and people check them before they call
- Your work photographs well, and someone can send a few pictures a month
- You run ads or get referrals, and want the people they send to find a company that looks busy
- You would rather never think about posting again
Skip it when
- You expect organic posts to replace paid ads. They will not
- Nobody can send photos of real work. Stock posts do more harm than none
- You want viral reach. That is a hope, not a plan
- You want every platform covered whether your buyers use it or not. We will tell you which to drop
Social posts: questions people actually ask
Is this the same as Meta ads?
No. These are unpaid posts on your own pages. Meta ads are paid placements in front of people who do not follow you. Two different jobs, two separate channels, and plenty of businesses run both.
Which platforms do you post to?
Facebook and Instagram for most service businesses, and others where your buyers actually spend time. We will tell you on the call which are worth it and which to leave alone.
Do we have to send you photos?
It helps more than anything else. A few phone photos from real jobs each month make better posts than any stock library, and sending them takes a minute.
Will organic posting get us leads?
Some, and we count them. But its main job is making every other channel work better: the person who saw your ad or got your name from a neighbour checks your page, and finds a company that is clearly busy.
Do we approve the posts?
Yes. Each month is planned and approved before anything goes out.
Is there ad spend?
No. Organic posting has no ad budget behind it. If you want posts boosted or ads run, that is the Meta or TikTok channel.
Pricing
Pricing is published
Organic social is its own channel on the four packages — separate from Meta and TikTok ads, with no ad spend behind it. The setup fee, the term and what comes with each package are on the pricing page.
